Mandatory Documents
Passport: Original passport valid for 3 months after intended stay with 2 blank pages. Include a scan of the first, last, and all used pages.
Visa Application Form: Fully filled and signed by the applicant. Use one pen only; no overwriting or whitener allowed.
Coloured Photograph: Two recent 35×45 mm photos with white background and matte finish covering 80% of the face.
Cover Letter: A letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. Self-employed/businessmen should use business letterhead; employed individuals should use company letterhead; others can use plain paper.
Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary.
Accommodation: Confirmed hotel reservation.
Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the stay.
Financial Document: Original bank statement for the last 3 months with stamp and signature, and income tax return for the last 2 years.
If Employed: Last 6 months personal and salary account bank statements (signed and stamped), last 3 years ITR/Form No. 16A, 3-month salary slips, and NOC from employer.
If Self Employed: Company registration certificate, partnership deed/MOA, and registration proof.
Other Mandatory Documents: Self-attested copy of PAN card.

If Minor Travelling: If travelling alone with one parent, NOC is required from the other parent.
Note:
· If travelling to another Schengen country, internal tickets are required, and bank balance should be INR 5600 per day in Schengen.
· All documents must be A4 size.
· BLS accepts only online forms; handwritten forms will not be processed.
· Provide refusal notice or written explanation if any visa was refused.
