Coloured Photograph: Two recent colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 45 mm x 45 mm).
Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
Travel Bookings: Travel Itinerary
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Travel Itinerary: Day to Day Itinerary on Letter head of the Tour Operator
Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Proof of occupation.Income tax return for last 1 year
If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company

Coloured Photograph: 3 photographs with size 45 mm X 45 mm (27mm should be the face size) in dark color clothes, white background, Glossy finish and not older than 3 months.
Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
Invitation Letter: A copy of the original Invitation letter, Guarantee Letter and Meeting Schedule on its letterhead.
Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years .Pay slip for last 3 months
If Employed: Appointment letter
