Passport: Old visas if any.Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages.First and last page of data pages
Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
Coloured Photograph: 2 coloured photographs ( 35X40mm) not older than 6 months and with 70- 80% face coverage
Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp
Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Pay slip for last 3 months.Income tax return for last 2 years
Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
Note: If the applicant has other valid travel documents and/or previous travel documents with previous Schengen visas issued within the last 59 months, they should also be provided.
