Mandatory Documents

• Passport: Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages
• Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
• Coloured Photograph: 1 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 6 months..Three passport size photographs with white background.
• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
• Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
• Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
• Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years
• If Employed: Appointment letter or Contract.3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
• If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
