Coloured Photograph: scanned photograph required in JPEG format
Cover Letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant.
Financial Document: Copy of bank statement for last 6 months.Income tax return for last 3 years .Bank statement should have stamp and sign on every page.
If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
